A protein-packed tuna salad, bursting with flavor and fresh ingredients.

Perfect for a quick meal on crackers, that is both filling and nutritious.

About this dish

Just add crackers! Or, eat by the spoon-full.

This salad is a perfect mix to make once a week and keep in the fridge, for quick meals. It's full of flavor and packed with fresh crunchy vegetables.

I recommend when engaging with Tuna (any animal priduct for that matter) - to find the absolute best quality you can. Something that's very important to me - when eating Tuna, is to make sure it is coming from a quality source. I almost exclusively eat Tuna from Tonnino. I eat their Yellowfin Tuna Filets in Spring Water. The wonderful part about their Tuna, is the fish are wild & caught using Pole & Line methods. This is a wonderful standard in fishing, in leiu of destructuve fishing pracices - that produce an immense amount of by-catch and harm to aquatic life. In addition to supporting local fisherman who use the same practices, this is a great option for widely available store-bought fish.

I love to eat this salad, incorporating seasonal produce to add crunch and flavor. This particular salad is using what's current in season. Fresh crisp sweet peppers, onion. Other times, I will add hot peppers and celery. It's wonderful!

Loaded with homemade mayo for additional healthy fats & capers for a tart bite. It feels both refreshing and hearty to eat. Providing me sustained energy and mental clarity. Those omegas will do that for you.

I'm so grateful for this dish, the fish that make it possible and the nutrition that it brings.

Hoping you love it too -
